The Pen Needle Production Manager oversees all Pen Needle assembly and packaging operations. They collaborate with teams to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership to the production team to deliver on objectives.
2. Evaluate Health & Safety compliance across the plant.
3. Ensure devices manufactured comply with Quality and Regulatory requirements.
4. Plan resources for optimal flow of units through the manufacturing process.
5. Monitor stock levels of WIP in the production areas.
6. Maintain the production area's environmental standards.
7. Participate in internal and external audits.
8. Develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.
9. Collaborate with CI to identify improvements to work processes and methods.
10. Lead the weekly BOS process for productivity and OEE improvements.
Requirements
* Third-level degree qualification in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science
* 5+ years in a production supervisory/management role
* Thorough knowledge of production management principles
* Excellent documentation skills
* Knowledge of budgetary control procedures
* Able to lead, work as part of a team, and work independently
* Proactive with a problem-solving attitude
