Responsibilities

* Strategic Digital Capability Leadership for Value Chain Management (VCM): Shape the vision and strategy for digital capabilities in VCM, ensuring effective execution and measurable impact; govern the entire product lifecycle from discovery to scaling; interpret technology and priorities while handling budgets and digital planning cycles.
* Digital Value Chain Program Leadership: Develop One Digital Value Chain by integrating key digital tools into a unified, decision-support ecosystem; architect an end-to-end supply chain data repository; drive adoption of simulation-enabled frameworks with governance and sustained value.
* One Performance Management Leadership: Design, build, deploy, and sustain a connected, tiered performance management capability across IMSC; define strategic KPIs and enable actionable insights for senior leadership; integrate performance management with digital infrastructure and transformation goals.
* Customer Management and Change Enablement: Partner with VCM, Digital & Data Strategy, and customers across Plan, Manufacturing & Technical Operations, Quality, Deliver, and more; influence decision-making and champion alignment across digital programs; lead organizational change to drive awareness, adoption, and capability maturity at scale.
* Talent & Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of digital capability specialists, product owners, and transformation leaders; build a network of digital ambassadors and SMEs; promote talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
* Innovation & Thought Leadership: Advance technology architecture and deploy capabilities (e.g., AI) in partnership with internal and external teams; act as ambassador for innovative capabilities in strategic SC design and optimization; represent Johnson & Johnson in external and internal forums.


Qualifications

Education
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a focused degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field and/or Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
Experience and Skills
* Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
* Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Digital Transformation roles.
* Deep understanding of at least one or more of the following: supply chain networks, product launches, site selection, and lifecycle planning.
* Proven leader skilled in developing high-performing, cross-functional teams and building effective partnerships.
* Strong business sense, strategic insight, and ability to translate vision into tangible deliverables.
* Ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive impactful improvements and influence the broader environment.
* Experience in influencing and partnering across interpersonal boundaries and communicating successfully at all levels.
Preferred
* Background in digital product lifecycle management and/or global capability ownership.
* Success in leading digital transformation and/or customer alignment in a global environment.
* Experience within Pharmaceutical or related industry.
* Familiarity with improving digital capabilities through Generative AI tools.
Other
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally depending on work location and business needs.
* Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week with up to two remote workdays per week, per flexible work policy.
