The Process Scientist role is a key position in our Quality team, focusing on the successful transfer of technical knowledge and operations.
* Plan and coordinate activities to ensure seamless integration of new products into our operations
* Develop clear instructions for production procedures such as tableting and packaging
* Monitor and analyze TT activity data to inform scheduling decisions
This individual will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing team throughout the product lifecycle and develop necessary protocols to drive process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement a risk-based approach for planning, readiness, and execution of TT activities
* Establish strong partnerships with site business units to address TT-related issues
* Provide on-the-floor support and introduce metrics to track process performance
* Ensure process compliance and accuracy through ongoing monitoring
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology) and at least 5 years of experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
They should have expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment (oral solid dose, parenterals, and/or biologicals) and experience in authoring, reviewing, and executing process validation studies and reports.
