A Tier One main contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of large, complex, high‑density and high‑rise projects across Dublin.

Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance.
Lead senior project teams and manage key client relationships.
Deliver major projects from pre‑construction to hand‑over.
Qualifications
Proven Project Director or Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex projects with a Tier One or major main contractor.
Expertise in high‑density residential, data centres, medical/healthcare and social infrastructure sectors.
