About Your New Job
Manage the key account relationships across contractors, developers and home builders.
Proactively building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for expansion
Manage a small sales team and give guidance on best practice, manage KPIS and drive performance
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums so you can increase brand awareness
What Skills You Need
5 years in construction sales dealing with Tier 1 Contractors and Developers
Strong technical understanding of sustainable construction systems or a willingness to develop deep product knowledge
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
1 year People management experience
What's on Offer
