About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team and play a central role in attracting, selecting, and hiring exceptional talent that fuels our organisation's growth. This is a high impact position where you will play an integral role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy, the candidate experience, streamline hiring processes, and supporting the successful integration of new employees. This role is for someone who is passionate about finding the best person for the role, has excellent relationship building skills and a high level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability to persuade candidates on opportunities in the Company.

What You'll Do:
Talent Acquisition
* Lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy, partner with leaders on workforce planning and critical hiring needs in line with business growth plans.
* Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews and offers.
* Set recruitment standards and best practices, develop effective sourcing strategies, maintain strong talent pipelines, and optimise the Applicant Tracking System with new tools and AI.
* Use recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement and refine future hiring strategies.
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
* Own and deliver a seamless end-to-end onboarding experience that supports and welcomes every new hire.
* Manage all preemployment screening and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with HR, IT, and Facilities to ensure smooth Day One readiness.
* Collect and act on feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding process.
People & Culture
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employer branding and engage in external talent engagement initiatives in the Insurance and Financial Services industries.
* Support the rollout of people policies and champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion throughout recruitment and onboarding.
* Educate candidates on the career development and potential benefits, remuneration philosophy and the overall culture of the Company.
* Contribute to internal communications that strengthen culture, engagement, and hiring visibility.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Train and support hiring managers on effective interviewing and recruitment best practices.
* Build strong partnerships with external agencies and recruitment providers.
* Share regular updates, insights, and recruitment reporting with HR and business leaders.
* Manage all agency and third-party relationships, identify new partners that support future talent pipeline.
Additional Responsibilities
* Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, Central Bank requirements, and Irish employment legislation.
* Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and overall employee experience.
* Support core People processes, including performance management, training and development, and employee lifecycle events.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree level qualification in HR or a related field, or relevant experience.
* CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.
* Expert level understanding and experience executing a talent acquisition strategy.
* Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Comfort with hybrid working practices.
* Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
* Solid grasp of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies in regulated environments.
* Strong ability to consistently prioritise and multi-task.
* Strong business acumen.
