Offaly (office-based with occasional site travel)Salary:€36,000 – €39,000Type:Full-time, Permanent | GradStart EligibleOverviewWe are recruiting aGraduate Decontamination & Sterilisation Projects Executiveon behalf of a well-established specialist technical services provider operating inhighly regulated healthcare and life-science environments.This is an excellent opportunity for arecent engineering or science graduateto begin a long-term career in aniche, compliance-driven field, supporting sterilisation, decontamination, and validation projects for hospitals, laboratories, and life-science facilities across Ireland.The role combinestechnical coordination, documentation, client interaction, and exposure to regulated engineering environments, with structured training and clear progression.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate decontamination, sterilisation, and validation projects from initial enquiry through to completionGather and document technical and compliance requirements from healthcare and life-science clientsPrepare project documentation, specifications, validation records, and compliance filesSupport equipment installation, commissioning, and validation scheduling with field engineersMaintain accurate project records, asset histories, and documentation logsAssist with client communication, contract administration, and project updatesRepresent the organisation at industry exhibitions, technical events, and client meetingsCandidate Profile (Essential)Graduated within the last 4 years (mandatory for GradStart eligibility)Degree in Engineering or Science (e.g. Biomedical, Clinical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or similar)Strong interest in decontamination, sterilisation, validation, aseptic processing, or medical devicesHighly organised with strong attention to detail and documentation standardsConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with engineers, clinicians, and technical specialistsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Full clean Irish driving licence and willingness to travel occasionallyDesirable (Not Essential)Laboratory, cleanroom, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing experienceExposure to validation, compliance, or quality documentationInterest or ability in creating simple digital or technical contentWhat's on Offer€36,000 – €39,000 starting salary (above average for Midlands graduate roles)Structured training and mentoring in a high-compliance technical disciplineLong-term career development in a specialist, growing organisationExposure to leading healthcare and life-science environmentsOpportunity to become a recognised technical specialist over time
