We seek a highly skilled and technically proficient Product Manager to support our growing product development efforts in the Ireland office—particularly across the SOTI XSight roadmap. Responsibilities
* Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
* Research customer and market needs and requirements
* Write requirements in Agile methodology and create wireframes
* Fulfil scrum duties of a Product Manager as needed, including sprint planning, review meetings, authoring stories, and maintaining the product backlog
* Establish and maintain the product roadmap by prioritizing solutions to align with business goals
* Daily interaction with software developers and testers
* Work with Marketing to produce product collateral and sales tools
* Train both Sales Support and Technical Support in the use and operation of the product
* Conduct product demonstrations for partners and key prospects
* Occasionally support Pre‑Sales team during the sale process, including demonstration and deployment assistance for large opportunities or key accounts
* Attend industry conferences and trade shows, delivering presentations as required
* Maintain current knowledge of competitive product positioning, feature sets, and messaging
* Conduct hands‑on and external analysis of competitive products
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager within an enterprise software company
* Strong technical knowledge of IP‑based networks, architecture, design, and management—especially in telecommunications and managed hosting environments
* Proven understanding of software development processes and the full product lifecycle
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
* Confident in engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers and cross‑functional teams
* Professional and polished in delivering presentations and training sessions, tailoring messaging to varied audiences
* Skilled in conducting both formal and informal training sessions effectively
* Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
* Capable of guiding and supporting customers through on‑site, virtual, and phone‑based interactions
* Highly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization skills
* Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward adopting new tools and techniques
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams to drive business outcomes
* Experience working in agile software development environments
* Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA is a strong asset
* Familiarity with current software technologies, industry trends, and strategic approaches
* Experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows Server is a plus
* Completion of Pragmatic Institute’s “Practical Product Management” course is an advantage
* Willingness to travel as required; must maintain a valid passport
