Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to review and update HR processes, policies, and guidelines. Champion the digital transformation agenda for HR, ensuring alignment with the latest innovations in technology. Design and implement a future-focused property strategy that supports the companys strategic ambitions. Oversee the HR budget and manage financial commitments effectively. Requirements include: A minimum of 10 years experience in a business, HR operations role, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership position. Proven track record in planning and executing key strategic programmes across multiple teams and jurisdictions. Experience in large, complex matrix organisations undergoing significant transformation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
