This is a hands-on role focused on operating, securing, and improving identity platforms that underpin critical systems and cloud services.
The Role Own the day-to-day operation of identity and access governance services Act as technical escalation point for complex IAM incidents and issues Drive improvements to access lifecycle, reviews, and control models Support audits, compliance requests, and security reviews Work closely with cloud, security, and platform teams on integrations and change Experience 5+ years in Identity, Security Engineering, or IAM-focused roles Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM / IGA platforms Good understanding of access governance, provisioning, and controls Experience supporting security-critical services in production Cloud identity exposure (Azure AD / Entra, AWS, or similar) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
