The candidate should be willing and able to work across business and technical teams and communicate ideas effectively.The Role:Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are simple, scalable, efficient, portable, and interoperable, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Collaborate with IT Security to ensure adherence to security principles and practices.Develop and size solution options, review with relevant teams, and communicate with project stakeholders for approval.Support ICON’s governance processes, including Architecture Review Board, Cloud Governance, Security Risk Impact Assessments, and Data Privacy Reviews.Assess third-party systems and technologies, and advise on the selection of the best systems and partners in collaboration with vendors and service providers.What you need?Minimum degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 10+ years of experience in application development, implementation, and architecture.At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect.Working experience with solutions using .Net, Java, IIS, C#, Python, and Azure.Strong experience with Oracle and MySQL databases.Practical experience with system integration techniques.Exposure to AI-centric solutions that are reliable, secure, and high-quality.Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.Experience in the Life Sciences industry is preferred.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on our people.
