We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT Compliance team, specialising in Regulatory Change Management (RCM). Reporting to the Senior Vice President of IT Compliance, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the organisation's IT regulatory compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and continuously enhance the IT Compliance Regulatory Change Management (RCM) process.
* Monitor and assess global regulatory developments relevant to IT, ensuring ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
* Communicate current and emerging regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders, providing advisory support where required.
* Analyse IT-related regulatory developments, interpreting potential impacts and recommending appropriate actions.
* Coordinate with compliance, risk, and technology teams to complete assessments, gap analyses, and implementation plans.
* Report on progress and escalate issues related to regulatory change management to senior stakeholders.
* Draft and distribute updates on key technology regulatory developments.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for technology regulatory compliance queries.
About You
* Degree in Law, Compliance, IT, or a related discipline.
* 5–8 years' experience in the financial services sector, ideally within compliance or legal functions.
* Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and interpret legal and regulatory obligations relating to IT.
* Experience managing or implementing IT-related regulatory changes.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory language into clear, actionable guidance.
