On behalf of my client based in Dublin City Centre. I am currently recruiting for an experienced EA to join the team.
This role is office based working part time hours - 21 hours a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Diary Management/ travel arrangement
2. Email Management
3. Event planning and Administration
4. Supporting the wider team with any internal administration requests
5. Producing monthly reports
6. Expenses
7. Liaising with clients
8. Preparing presentations
Key Requirements:
9. Experience in a PA/EA role essential
10. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
11. Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
12. Corporately presented with strong interpersonal skills
13. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
14. Ability to learn quickly and prioritise workload is essential for this role.
