We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our services in a community-based setting, assisting adults with intellectual disabilities with independent living skills and integration into the community.

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of professionals in providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Develop and implement service models focused on person-centred care.
* Drive change and improvement within the organisation.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Comply with relevant legislation and regulations, including HIQA guidelines.
Requirements
* Hold a Master's degree relevant to this role.
* Postgraduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management post or 3 years' experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the disability sector.
* Strong knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health.
* Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety.
* Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting.
* Candidates must possess competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
