This initial 12-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading company, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Conduct quality control checks and adhere to reporting procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Understanding of production and processes.
Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to work on a rotating 4-on, 4-off shift schedule (days & nights).
