Offer description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of general bookkeeping and record keeping functions on behalf of the company.


Responsibilities

* Post purchase invoices in a timely manner
* Maintain an accurate leasing schedule for all new assets
* Complete monthly bank reconciliation, ensuring all bank payments and receipts are accurately recorded
* Prepare adjustments as necessary
* Assist with completion of VAT returns


Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts based role with bookkeeping experience
* Transport sector experience is desirable, but not essential


Skills and Qualifications

* An Accounting Technician qualification or part-qualified accountant
* An Accounting & Finance graduate
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organizational ability
* Effective written and verbal communication skills


Additional Information

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements and flexible working hours.
