About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Safeguarding Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Department, you will be responsible for planning and managing changes in service provision, coordinating all matters relating to Safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable adults
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Social Work or related field
* Minimum 5 years experience as a social worker/safeguarding manager
* Possess excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
