What You'll Do
Test Strategy, Planning & Leadership
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple projects and delivery streams.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to plan test coverage based on requirements.
Define test data sets and combinations required to demonstrate success.
Coordinate testing across Dev, Test, E2E, Pre-Prod, and post-go-live phases.
Define, implement, and manage quality gates for internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Lead defect triage across technical and business teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide real-time testing progress metrics, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making.
Embed quality deeply into the SDLC through strong collaboration with Engineering, Product, and DevOps.
What You Bring
8+ years' experience in QA engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes.
Experience with tools such as JIRA and Zephyr (or equivalent).
Proven experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration.
Strong skills in test reporting, defect analytics, and metrics-driven improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading geographically distributed QA teams (desirable).
