What You'll Do
Identify and engage
high-potential companies
that can benefit from marketing automation solutions
Partner closely with
Account Executives
to plan and execute targeted outbound strategies
Create, test, and refine
multi-channel outreach
across industries and buyer personas
Use data and insights to continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
Take full ownership of targets and consistently
exceed activity and pipeline goals
Share best practices and contribute to the growth of a collaborative sales culture
What You Bring
1+ year of experience
in a BDR/SDR role within SaaS or MarTech (preferred)
Fluent Spanish and Italian
(spoken and written) with strong English
Highly
target-driven
, resilient, and motivated by results
Energetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
A proactive self-starter with strong organisation and attention to detail
What's On Offer
€43,550 base salary + commission
(OTE €67K)
