Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and motivate the operations team to ensure high productivity
* Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and production for smooth operations
* Monitor processes, drive improvements, and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance
* Manage budgets, track KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
5 years proven operations management experience with strong leadership and customer service skills. Experience in customer-focused roles in agriculture, construction, engineering, or industrial supplies sectors.
* Skilled in workflow optimisation, problem-solving, and team development
* ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Preferred: Training in leadership, customer service, or operational process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
