Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seek an Assistant Director of Nursing, for a Nursing Home in Blarney, Co. Kerry.
Eligible applicants are invited to apply-
* Registered Nurse on NMBI live register.
* 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field
* Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
* Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
* Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
* Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* An understanding of the Assisted Decision-Making process
* Ability to work well as part of a care team.
* Caring and compassionate and be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care.
* Have a basic knowledge of IT systems such as excel spreadsheets.
* Have a good understanding of applications for home supports and NHSS/Fair deal.
