Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead the design and integration of IT services across our complex enterprise environment.
* Manage end-to-end IT service design, including SLAs, support models, and transition plans.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ITIL, NIST, and NIS2, and integrate with ServiceNow.
* Relevant degree in IT or Computer Science.
* 5+ years in IT service management, including 2+ years in a leadership or process ownership role.
* Strong background in IT service design architecture, transition, or ITSM roles in large, multi-site organisations.
1. Oversee the design, integration, and transition of IT services.
2. Collaborate with architecture, cyber security, service management, business analysis, and project teams.
3. Document the whole service transition process clearly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and architectural expertise, combined with a good understanding of service management and cyber security standards.
