As the Principal of SAP AI Solutions at WGA Advisors, within our Pharmaceutical and MedTech practice, you will spearhead the integration and innovation of AI technologies within SAP environments. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging AI to enhance SAP systems, driving transformative outcomes in efficiency, analytics, and decision-making for our clients. Your leadership will bridge the gap between traditional SAP functionalities and cutting-edge AI capabilities, delivering comprehensive, industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP AI Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and lead strategies that integrate AI with SAP systems, tailored to meet the unique needs of the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.
2. Innovative Solution Design: Architect and implement AI enhancements within SAP landscapes, focusing on modules critical to our clients’ success, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and cloud solutions.
3. Technology Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with existing SAP infrastructure, maximizing system performance and data insights.
4. Client Partnership: Develop deep, consultative relationships with clients to understand their SAP and AI objectives, delivering solutions that transform their operations.
5. Leadership in Innovation: Lead a team of SAP AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
6. Industry & Tech Expertise: Stay at the forefront of SAP AI advancements, guiding clients through the adoption of new technologies and practices.
7. Operational Excellence & Process Automation: Utilize AI to automate processes, enhance analytics, and improve decision-making within SAP environments.
8. Compliance & Risk Management: Address compliance and risk challenges associated with integrating AI in SAP, ensuring solutions meet industry standards.
9. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
10. Change Management & Adoption: Lead organizational change efforts to facilitate the adoption of SAP AI solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and value realization.
Qualifications:
– Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
– Over 15 years of experience in SAP environments, with a significant focus on AI integration and solution development in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.
– Demonstrated ability to architect and implement AI solutions within SAP systems.
– Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially S/4HANA, and how AI can enhance these environments.
– Leadership experience with the ability to mentor teams and drive innovation.
– Excellent client relationship management, communication, and consultative skills.
– Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to AI and SAP in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industries.
Compensation:
– Base Salary: $210,200 – $212,000/year, based on experience.
– Annual Performance Bonus.
