Global Director of Order Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance professionals who manage order management, credit management, billing, cash application, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
* Identify and implement improvements that enhance both the internal and external customer experience.
* Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
* Define credit policies, assess credit risk, and implement controls to support business objectives while minimizing financial exposure.
* Oversee timely and accurate invoicing and collections to optimize DSO performance.
* Collaborate with Treasury to enhance cash management and forecasting activities.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries related to the OTC process.
* Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Drive continuous improvement across order management processes to support standardization, best practices, and increased efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Mentor, coach, and develop a global order management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
