We are seeking an experienced
HR & Payroll Systems Project Lead
for a 12-month contract to drive the delivery of new HR and payroll platforms as part of a wider ERP transformation programme.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a strategic, large-scale digital transformation - leading HRIS and payroll integration, enhancing data accuracy, and optimising end-to-end people processes. The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, change management, and HR systems expertise to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
Experience
* Proven experience leading HR and Payroll system implementations or ERP/HRIS transformation projects.
* Proven experience with end-to-end payroll system implementation
* Strong background in change management and HR, and payroll
* Excellent understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes within complex organisations.
* Solid knowledge of employment law, payroll legislation, and data privacy standards.
* Demonstrated project management expertise across full project lifecycles.
* Experience with HRIS/Payroll platforms.
