Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services across departments as needed
* Maintain impeccable service and product standards within the hotel
* Lead and support team members, promoting adherence to policies and excellent service
* Assist in training, documenting processes, and developing staff skills
* Ensure adequate knowledge of operating hotel equipment, including AV systems, air conditioning, and lighting
* Anticipate and proactively manage guest expectations
* Evaluate employee morale and encourage team pride and commitment
* Promptly resolve guest issues
* Familiarity with hotel facilities and departments
* Monitor billing, payments, and ensure accurate transactions
* Execute events, conferences, or group bookings efficiently
* Comply with health, safety, and quality standards
* Manage emergencies or unexpected issues effectively
* Night management shifts may be required occasionally
Requirements:
* Minimum three years of management experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
* Excellent guest care and service skills
* A mature, positive, and pleasant manner
