The Learning and Development Specialist supports the design, delivery, administration of learning programmes across all levels within an organization.
1. Schedule workshops webinars training sessions as required.
2. Support initiatives talent development integrating learning career pathways.

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. A degree in a relevant field such as Education Training or Human Resources is preferred but not necessary;
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data make informed decisions;
3. Familiarity with adult education principles practices; and,
4. A collaborative mindset willingness work cross-functional teams ensure successful programme delivery.
