What You'll Be Doing:
Connect with customers through calls, texts, and email in a professional and engaging way
Follow up with purpose—building relationships, not just checking in
Work both new and existing customers, including past opportunities, unsold leads, and previous clients
Maintain consistent long-term follow-up to stay top of mind until the timing is right
Use the CRM daily to identify opportunities others may overlook
Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team
Create a personalized, positive experience in every interaction
