Overview
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead and shape the commercial strategy of the business while directly contributing to revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and building high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition and personally lead on high-value client wins
* Develop and execute the commercial strategy in line with company growth objectives
* Identify new market opportunities and build a scalable sales pipeline
* Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans
* Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 15 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Strong background in consultative selling and solution-based sales
* Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships
* Commercially astute with experience shaping sales strategy and structure
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and influencing skills
