We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to lead our inventory operations in County Cavan, Ireland.
Job Description:
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of fast-moving items and providing timely and accurate quotes to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock management.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to day-to-day customer inquiries.
* Source high-quality parts from local suppliers and negotiate the best possible prices.
* Collect and deliver parts as required, ensuring seamless logistics.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
* Develop and maintain effective management reports to inform business decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Methodical and organized approach with strong management system knowledge.
* Current driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and IT literate.
