Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our team and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the site, ensuring seamless operations.
* Deliver on sales, margin, waste, and KPI targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, and performance reviews, fostering growth and development.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and all store standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
* Manage stock, merchandising, rostering, and cash control, optimizing store performance.
* Drive a culture of customer service excellence, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
* Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successful team management.
* Strong commercial awareness and KPI focus, driving business results through data-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability, with a strong interpersonal skillset.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
