Job Description
* Comprehensive Overview: You will be the go-to person for our HR Business Partner in Dublin, supporting HR activities for the 3 Infineon Ireland entities. You'll work closely with the Country HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and enhance employee experience at Infineon Ireland.
* Project Pro: You'll take ownership of local HR projects, including pension set-up, onboarding, and day-to-day queries. You'll identify, streamline, and handover processes to the relevant HR People Service groups, making sure everything runs smoothly.
* Collaboration Champion: You'll work with both local management teams and teams across Europe to drive HR initiatives at Infineon Ireland, such as talent management, diversity & inclusion, and learning & development.
* Process Pro: You'll support the ramp-up of local HR KPIs, ensuring overall improvements for HR at Infineon Ireland. You'll also act as the first point of contact for team queries on local policies and procedures.
* Adaptability Ace: You'll be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment with an open mindset and be willing to go the extra mile to support the team.

Your Profile
* Study Superstar: You're currently studying Human Resource Management or a similar field of study, and you're eager to apply your knowledge in a hands-on environment.
* Experience Enthusiast: You've already gained some experience in HR, whether through an internship, work placement, or other relevant experience.
* Skills Sensation: You've got excellent Microsoft suite skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. You're also a strong communicator with excellent organization and time management skills. You are fluent in English.
Great to have:
* Travel Flexibility: You're flexible and able to travel within Ireland to support onsite visits to the 3 Ireland locations – Dublin Centre/Sandyford and Cork.
* AI Advantage: Experience with AI is a plus, but not required.
* Languages Plus: You have a good level of Portuguese or German as a plus.
