We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of large-scale client projects, leveraging expertise in program management and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage complex projects, including data migration and change management initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business strategy and drive innovation
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
* Escalate and resolve critical project issues
* Manage senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless project execution
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial industry
* Strong organizational and program management skills
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
* Business transformation expertise, with a proven track record of driving change
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates
* Independent decision-making ability and strong judgment
Preferred qualifications include managed integrations, technology partnerships, engineering development, and project management certification. Experience managing client HR projects in the reward and equity compensation space is also desirable.
