Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our Global Occupier Services team, working with a prestigious corporate client. The Receptionist is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team. You will provide a positive experience at the client’s offices, ensuring that employees and visitors feel welcomed and supported and receive a positive first impression of the client.
Responsibilities
* Manage and organize front desk activities.
* Establish interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively as the first point of contact for customers.
* Assist employees with special requests and act as an employee relations liaison to provide helpful and accurate information to employees and visitors.
* Deliver excellent customer service as a priority for our client.
* Be the first point of contact for employees, customers, candidates, and vendors.
* Greet visitors and maintain the visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system.
* Issue temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors; direct visitors appropriately and notify personnel of visitor arrivals.
* Follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy when speaking with all callers while maintaining professionalism.
* Perform multiple administrative tasks including event support and assisting with property management ticket requests.
* Assist with onsite meetings and provide support such as setup/teardown, meals, printing, and assisting colleagues or visitors.
* Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; print labels, create shipments, and maintain package storage areas.
* Maintain a clean reception area and decorate for occasions and holidays.
* Support local colleagues and stakeholders with event or project needs (printing, signage, etc.).
Knowledge and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or in-country equivalent
* 1-3 years’ experience required
* Verbal and written communication, multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Ability to keep information organized and confidential
* Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar Google platforms
