About this role:
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism. You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality person-centred care in a home-like environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing individualised care and support plans
* Leading shift teams and coordinating activities
* SUPERVISING AND COACHING OTHER STAFF MEMBERS IN THEIR ROLES
The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential or day service settings with people with intellectual disabilities. A qualification in social care, social work, youth work or other relevant field is also essential.
