Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Cork. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final figures. Daily tasks will include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, performing cost control, preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and generating cost reports.
Qualifications
* Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
* Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ
* Ability to generate detailed Cost Reports
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus
