Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our facilities management team.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage the delivery of multiple FM services at site level, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
* To be the single point of contact for all Facilities Management activities on site.
* To oversee performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring key metrics.
The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of contract scope and form, as well as the ability to manage IFM services effectively. Performance improvement is crucial in this position. The manager will also be responsible for financial control, budgeting, resource allocation and compliance.
The Service Delivery Manager should have strong leadership skills; they are required to provide confident guidance while promoting collaboration among diverse teams.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in commercial acumen such that he/she can devise profitable business strategies.
