We are currently recruiting a Head Chef for this new opening scheduled for early July. Boasting a spectacular fit out with high-end, casual design in a prime location in Limerick, this will be a busy destination from the get-go with solid customer base. They now require an experienced Head Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, team management and culinary design including :
* Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery
* Show innovation and strategic direction in food planning and menu development
* Compliance with all H&S and food safety regulations
* Monitor all kitchen costs against agreed budgets
* Training and development of team on all kitchen procedures
* Roster management
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef in busy, upscale dining destinations, opening experience a strong advantage. Further candidate attributes include :
* Solid experience of menu design and implementation
* Proven track record of meeting kitchen budgets and targets
* Positive team leader, able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team in the delivery of an excellent food offering
