Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company's Health & Safety Management System across data centers construction sites.
Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to ensure full legislative and company compliance.
Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, and H&S training to site teams and contractors.
Develop, review, and update risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring accurate reporting and corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture by positively challenging unsafe behaviours and site practices.
Liaise with site management, clients, insurers, and external authorities as required.
Track and report health and safety performance, trends, and key metrics to senior management.
Support tender prequalification submissions and safety-related documentation.
