Candidate Profile
* Hold or be in the process of obtaining a QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or Nursing qualification
* Experience supporting people with disabilities
* Hold or be working towards a Full Manual Driving License; own car is desirable
* Willing to work evenings and weekends
* Desire for personal and professional development
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
* Good standard of English
* Computer literate; experience with online care management systems is an advantage
* Personal integrity and trustworthiness
* Willing to embrace change and committed to continuous learning
* Dedicated to rights-based, person-centered services
Candidates without qualifications but with experience may be considered if willing to undertake QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within two years of starting the role.
