We have an opportunity for a Lead Engineer based at our Campsie or Omagh site.

About the Role
We collaborate with Engineering Manager, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the Voice of the Customer is integral to product development.
You will assume total product ownership, work together with engineering systems and standards groups to meet requirements, identify cost-effective design alternatives, provide dealer networks with required support, and drive standardization across product groups.
You will mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a Degree-educated or equivalent individual with experience in heavy equipment design.
You should be a competent user of 3D CAD software, ideally Pro-Engineer, and familiar with Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
You should have good technical expertise in mechanical and hydraulic systems, experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and a good understanding of machine performance in various applications.
We value creativity and innovative thinking, experience with Oracle TMS is a plus, and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
You should be able to work effectively with others to meet deadlines, assess workload, and commit to realistic timelines.
