Our client is a long established and highly reputable Mid-Sized Law Firm acting for national and international corporations, private individuals and public and private companies. They currently have a vacancy for a Legal Executive in their Corporate/Commercial Department. The position is based in office.
Salary: to €50K

The Role:
- To create, amend and format legal documents and templates.
- To draft minutes and resolutions.
- To manage the company secretarial records and annual filings for circa 40 companies.
- To make filings in various public registries.
- To assist the commercial team in the case management of files.
- Maintenance of case progression registers.
- Prepare completion bibles.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy a pre-requisite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills needed.
- Positive can-do attitude, with ability to work to deadlines.
