Job Summary:

About the Role:
* Generate new business opportunities through extensive market research, lead qualification, and relationship-building with potential clients.
* Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to align strategies and optimize efforts for revenue growth.
* Become proficient in utilizing various tools and databases to gather information about potential leads and prospects.
* Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Qualify inbound leads through telephone, email, social media or webchat, ensuring all administration is up-to-date on our CRM system.
* Provide insights and feedback to the team, sharing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
* Build knowledge and experience to excel in direct sales conversations with qualified leads, addressing their unique needs and successfully closing deals.
* Ensure a seamless transition into the role of Business Development Manager after two years, equipped with the necessary skills, experience, and confidence.
Requirements:
* Resilient with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales.
* IT literate, with proficiency in Salesforce CRM preferred but not essential.
