Key Responsibilities:
* Implement policies for vehicle acquisitions effectively.
* Coordinate with logistics to facilitate model availability and registration periods, ensuring timely communication with employees.
* Oversee contracts from proposal to settlement, managing relationships with finance providers.
* Execute tasks with external service providers.
* Manage used car data uploads, monitor buyback processes, and maintain accurate vehicle records.
* Collaborate with HR, Accounts, Logistics, and Financial Services for seamless operations.
* Lead insurance policy renewals and serve as the primary contact with insurance brokers.
* Process employee motor insurance claims.

* Be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
