Our client is one of Ireland's leading civils contractors with expertise in large scale infrastructure, water and wastewater, utilities, marine works, land reclamation, bulk earthworks projects for commercial and industrial clients
This role is critical to supporting the business development function by preparing high-quality prequalification submissions and ensuring compliance with both company standards and industry regulations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while playing a key role in maintaining and improving prequalification systems and processes.
Lead or support the preparation of high-quality prequalification and tender submissions.
Coordinate input from various departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Manage and update content across multiple online prequalification portals
Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
Monitor industry best practices and suggest process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of submissions, feedback, and outcomes.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field (Level 6 or above essential).
3+ years' experience in a similar role within the construction, civil engineering industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
