Currently working with a Cork Hospital on insights & Enterprise Ireland local IP office as filing IP on devices, seeking funding in Q1 2026 post patent applications filed.
Our platform includes wearable sensors, smart technologies, diagnostic kits, and an integrated AI clinical dashboard designed to modernise bladder and pelvic health care.
We are now seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join our advisory team and shape the next phase of funding, prototype, devide design, clinical development, trials, and product validation.

The Role We are looking for a forward-thinking, research-minded Urologist who is enthusiastic about innovation, med-tech, and improving patient pathways.
This is a part-time advisory role suitable for a consultant seeking to influence cutting-edge solutions without leaving clinical practice. You will:
Provide expert clinical guidance on diagnostic pathways for urinary incontinence, LUTS, uroflowmetry, bladder volume monitoring, recurrent UTIs, and male/female pelvic health. Advise on product design, clinical safety, and real-world utility of: Uroflowmetry devices Smart Diagnostic systems Wearable sensors At-home test kits and digital symptom trackers Support clinical study design, IRB/ethics preparation, and early pilot trials. Offer feedback on UX/data presentation for clinicians and patients. Participate in advisory board meetings (virtual). Contribute to strategic decisions around clinical partnerships, reimbursement, and adoption.

What We're Looking For Consultant Urologist (CCT, CESR, or equivalent). Clinical experience in male and female LUTS, bladder dysfunction, and urinary incontinence. Strong interest in digital health, diagnostics, medical devices, or AI-enabled care. Experience advising med-tech, start-ups, or research studies is helpful but not essential. Curious, collaborative, and open to innovation.
