Junior/Intermediate/Senior level Quantity Surveyors required to join a top Build Contractor in Sligo. This client has a large pipeline of work in including Commercial projects, Residential and Schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm.Role:These include but are not limited to:Procurement, appointment and management of subcontractors & suppliers through to final accountProduce accurate progress accountsPreparation and assessment of interim and final valuations for progress paymentsMonitor and report on project costsCollaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and cost overrunsAssist the pre-construction team in the delivery of tendersStay updated on industry innovations, regulations etcRequirements:Level 8 degree in Quantity SurveyingMinimum 1 year relevant Irish experience ideally with a main contractorExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
