We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our sales team. This role involves promoting and selling products in the West Ireland area, including Cork, Limerick, and Galway. You will be responsible for building relationships with wound care professionals in acute and community settings, and nursing and elderly homes.
As a Territory Business Manager, you will represent our products and manage sales for your territory. You will take ownership of your region, thinking about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy. You will maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards, and realize all sales activities from introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers.
You will be the primary contact for key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region to build long-term relationships. As Flen Health's brand ambassador, you will represent the company at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs. You will ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards, and work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals together.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceuticals. They should demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate should show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit, be data savvy and comfortable with numbers, and demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
