Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team in a busy 4-star hotel based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. This is a full-time role (approx. 45 hours/week, 5 over 7 days including weekends and public holidays).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
2. Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B Manager on menu planning and food service standards.
3. Lead, train, and manage a team of 8–10 staff.
4. Manage rostering, ordering, and departmental financials.
5. Ensure HACCP compliance and general food service duties.
6. Deliver an outstanding guest experience through excellent customer service.
7. Participate in Duty Manager shifts as required.
Requirements:
8. 2–3 years' experience in a similar role in a 3*/4* hotel or high-volume restaurant.
9. Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
10. HACCP certified and fluent in English (spoken & written).
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
12. A team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude and flexible availability.
Salary & Benefits:
13. Salary: €40,000–€42,000 depending on experience.
