HR Coordinator | Mullingar | Full-Time
My client, a leading player in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join their busy Group HR team. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the full HR lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, policy development, and HR systems administration. You will work closely with managers across the business to deliver an ambitious and people-focused agenda.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the full people management process, including recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and leaver administration.
2. Manage recruitment administration — job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, medicals, and reference checks.
3. Administer HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) processes including employee onboarding, personal detail updates, and annual leave tracking.
4. Work with the HR team to enhance onboarding processes, materials, and resources.
5. Arrange logistics for training programmes and HR-related meetings.
6. Review HR policies to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
7. Contribute to updating and improving the Employee Handbook.
8. Assist with talent and performance management reporting.
9. Support wellbeing, welfare, and employee engagement events.
10. Collaborate with the Early Careers team on graduate, apprentice, and student programmes.
11. Maintain and update the Employee Portal (SharePoint) for company-wide communications.
12. Serve as a point of contact for HR queries, arranging on-site meetings where required.
13. Assist the HR team with ongoing projects to deliver the company's people strategy.
Requirements
14. Degree or CIPD qualification in HR (or working towards).
15. Experience in a fast-paced HR environment is an advantage.
16. IT proficient with strong systems and software skills.
17. Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
18. A proactive, solution-oriented, and improvement-focused mindset.
19. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
20. Comfortable challenging processes to drive improvements.
